  1. There is a holy well situated in Kiltabranks. It is situated in the field of Tom Corrigan. It is said that about two hundred years ago, an old man named Tom Higgins went to the well. He had a terrible disease and he was cured of it. It is said that every twenty years the water moves in the well and whoever is there the first shall be cured.
