Then he puts the manure out on the ridges with the horse and cart. Wooden ploughs are not used in the district. The people cut the potatoes before they sow them. Sometimes the people help each other when they are sowing potatoes. When the potatoes are sown a while they are moulded. First the farmer ploughs the dikes with a horse and
