  1. In the farm of Patrick Boyle there are ten fields. One of them is called Muneen Ard because it is a very high field. Another is called Gort Fada because it is a very long field. One is called Pairc na Goran because there were a great many cabins built there.
    Another is called Maura’s field because a woman named Mary owned it.
    Another is called Sraci because it is very wet.
    Another is called Pairc na Sgeai because there are a great number of thorn bushes growing at the end of it.
    Another is called Pairc an Loca because it is very often flooded.
    One is called Pairc na Ciupeara because a cooper who lived in Guiltygoreghan used to get timber there. There is a small grove of hazels at the end of it.
    Another is called Pairc an Ceardain because the forge is at the end of it.
    Another is called the bog field because it is joining the bog.
