  1. The Proud Princess.
    Once upon a time there was a king who had a proud daughter. No body suited her to get married and as she was growing old the wanted her to get married. The king gave a great banquet to see would she fall in love with any prince and she would not have any of them.
    The king said to her the first man that would pass she would have to marry him. It happened this day that a ugly man passed and the king called him and asked him would he marry his daughter he said that he would.
