  2. Long ago the mills the people had were worked by hand and it was very slow and it took a long time to grind the meal. The mills the people had long ago were called Querns. The people long ago also made another kind of bread which is called potatoe cake. The people made the potatoe with potatoes. First of all the potatoes were peeled.
