    was Nolan O Farrel. He lived in Logboy about fifty years ago and one year when the people of Derryhog did not pay pay the rent he went and he tried to evict them. When the guards came one day to evict the people they had the bridge broken and when the guards come into the place to evict them they stoned the guards out of the place. Then the guards went away and after a while they made a settlement with the people. The people of the place did not like him at all because he would evict them if they did not pay the rent to him.
