  1. Christmas day. The people start saying Hail Mary's about three weeks before Christmas. Christmas lasts for twelve days and the last day is called the twelveth day. They say that the people put twelve candles up on the windows. Every one on the house gets a candle and whose ever would stay lit the longest they say that he would live longest. They also have a crib in the church they set it up on the twenth fith, fifth, the crib is taken away on the sixth.
