  1. Most of the boys had different pastimes than each other. Some of the boys make pop guns. The boy who makes pop guns gets a quill and he cuts off the part that is not any good. After that he would get a piece of timber and he peals the bit of timber fine. He gets a bit of a potato or a turnip and he makes shots. Other boys make snares for catching birds.
