    When the sky is red it is the sign of wind and frost.
    If there is a ring round the moon it is the sign of rain.
    When the stars are twinkling it is the sign of rain, and when they are bright and numerous it tis the sign of frost.
    When they are white it is the sign of unsettled weather.
