    small packet of steel needles into a green bottle of vinegar and leave them there until they dissolve and then put this on the effected part which will immediately cure it.
    The juice of tea-leaves put on stys will remove them quickly.
    A cure for a burn is to get some fresh manure and put it to the burn. Another cure for this, is to lick a newt and then lick whatever part is injured.

  2. The juice of a dandelion rubbed on warts cures it. Another cure for a wart is to go into a forge and dip the wart into the water in which the irons have been cooled.
    There is a man living eight or nine miles from the school who has a cure for external cancer, he makes a plaster of herbs which he applies to the cancer. He keeps this cure as a secret and tells nobody but someone of his own family. He has also a cure for cow-pox.
    The white stuff like milk in the centre of a Dandelion rubbed under the eye lids is a cure for yellow jaundice.
    The sting of a bee is another cure for rheumatism.
