  1. There is a fairy fort in Thady Loftus's land in Cross east. It is called a fort. It is circular in shape and has a stone wall built round it. There is an entrance hole in the wall outside and there is a flag left up against it. Long ago people used to take the flag and go inside. The owner of the land did not interfere with it.
