    They were born in a town called March. One became a priest and married his mother. The other became a barber and dyed an old maid's hair.
    Why is the letter"K" like a pig's tail?
    Because it is at the end of the pork.
    Why is a bar of toffee like a race-horse?
    Because the more you lick it the quicker it goes.
    What is bought by the yard and worn by the foot?
    A carpet.
