  1. My name is Pat ODonell, and I come from Donegal. You know I am a deadly foe to traitors one and all, for the shooting of James Karey I was tried in London town.

    When I found out he was Karey with angry words and blows.
    The villain thought to take my life on board a ship "Mont Rose".
    When I stood up to defend my self, and fight before I'd die my pocket pistol I drew forth and at him I let fly.
    I gave him the second volley, which pierced him through the heart:
    And also the third I gave him boys, before I did depart:
    Then Mrs Karey she came running down, from the cabin where she lay, to see him lying on
