    These are the names of the cows, Rose, Blackberry, Strawberry, Polly, and Beauty.
    This is what the people say when they are driving the cows. "How! How!".
    The cow house is about 14` wide. Each cow requires 6` to stand on. "Cow-house" or a "byre" the old people called it long ago. There are special kinds of chains to tie around the cows' necks. They are fastened on to something strong to the ground.
