  1. There is but one tailor in this district and his name is Michael Borkin. He makes all the clothes in his own house and does not travel around.
    This tailor does not stock cloth but the people have to bring it to him. The cloth is not spun or woven around this district but it is manufactured in factories. Woolen cloths with some cotton mixed are used.
    Long ago tailors came to the houses making clothes and if any one dared to disturb them
