    The Vet came at once in his motor-car. Mr O’Brien was landed in about an hour. After a while they brought the calf. They saw a very remarkable thing. They saw that the calf was turned inside out. The heart and all the entrails were in the outside. They rolled the calf up in a sheet. Mr O Brien sent the calf to the museum.

  2. The local fairs are held in Claremorris Ballyhaunis and Kiltimagh. Long ago there were fairs held in the country. The usual place for the country fairs was in a village called X Ballina Costello. It is situated about two miles from Knock. It is not held there now because it is too far away from a station and the buyers did not come.
