    James Gilligan could jump a river. He was a great shot. He could jump any river to escape from the game keepers.

    Barney Byrne was a famous oarman and swimmer.
    Thomas Kelly of Cloondinner and Michael Byrne were great mowers. They would nearly mow an acre a day.
    Mr. Touhy is a very good dancer and taught many pupils. He has also won many medals.
    Dr. C Maguire is a great story-teller.
