  1. The lore of certain days.
It's often I heard of "la na leanb" the people say it was unlucky for buying and selling of every discription.
The "Cross" day is very well known in this part of the country. It falls on the 28th. of December. The three days of the old cow are in April. On the first day of April the people made "April fool" of one another.
Its a very old custom not to put out ashes on Monday. It's unlucky also to give milk out on may day or else you won't have any again for the year.
If you would change money on New Years day you would be changing it again for the year
