  1. There are two forges in the parish. Mr. Raftery and Mr. O'Connor that ownes them and they are both situated in the road-side. Their people have been smiths for over fifty years.
    The forges are situated in "Cloves" and "Craoibh Isril." The forges are roofed with corrugated iron.
