- (continued from previous page)some of the people like it. The people in far away places were often glad to get those hats. The hats were sold at 12-6 each. There were ten carts continually travelling around selling them. It was the best factory in Mayo in its time.
- Sometimes people buy the Christmas on the first of December and other people buy it a week before. People takes the horse and cart and they go to the town and they buy the Christmas. If those people have geese or turkeys(continues on next page)
