The best turf cutter in this district is James Shannon. He cuts seven or eight cribs in a day. The turf is spread with a fork and a barrow. When the spread ground is near the bog-hold the turf is spread with a fork. When the turf cutter is cutting down turf he fetches the sods to the spreader
