  1. The care of the feet.
    Long ago the children did not wear shoes until they were seven-teen years of age. There was a woman in my district who never wore shoes at all. In summer every child leaves off there shoes. When people leave off there shoes there feet get hard and they never get corns. When the summer ends the children put on there shoes again. The children that go bare footed suffer from stone brusses. There is no shoe maker in Manulla now but the last shoe maker that was in Manulla was Myles Armstrong.
