  2. A Fort.
    There is a fort in the townland of Kilmicrade. There are a lot of bushes growing around it. Last winter a man saw a light moving around in the fort. When he went as far as the fort he could see nothing. Long ago people used to hear the fairies buying and selling inside in it. The fort is owned by a man called John Barrett. There are two banks around the fort. There are two caves in it.
