    year. It is another custom with the people to gathered May flowers and throw them outside the door for luck. On St Martin's day the people kill a goose and sprinkle the blood on the four corners of the house for luck. It is an old custom not to go near water on Whit Sunday because it is enchanted and you would get drowned.
