- I live in the townland of Guesdian near Belcarra. Miss Bruster was the last landlord on our property. She owned some property near Ballyglass also, and and there twelve or fourteen tenants in each place. She was very exact about getting her rents in due time but still she was very very kind to the tenants. She lived in Castlebar and her agent lived there too who was very exact about the collection of the rents His name was Mr O Donnell. She also had a baliff who used notice the tenants to pay the rents
