  1. Cure for Milk Fever. No. 53.
    Pump up the cows udder, and rub it well with or the froth of the milk, and soon the cow will be all right.
    Belly-ache in Calves. No. 54.
    Make hot tea and sweeten it well. Cut up note-paper, and put it through it, and give it to the calf, and it will cure him.
    Cure for gargli in cows. No. 55.
    Bathe the udder well with warm water, and rub castor oil on the udder.
    Cure for warts. No. 56.
    If you are walking on the road, and see a snail, take it up and rub it to the warts, and say "In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost". Clean off all the warts. Then throw him in some running stream between two town-lands, and it will cure the warts.
