  1. There is a man named Mr. James Wilton in the townland of Drumloman that has a cure for Ringworm.
    He makes an ointment of baking soda, root, black sulphur and lard. This is to be rubed on twice a day until the person is better.

  2. Mrs Robert Stephens of Duffcastle a neighbour woman has got this cure.
    First she rubs the person all over with the leaves of some herb while doing this she repeats some prayer.
    She does this at sunset until the cure is complete.
