    "Nonsense Father" said John "I'm come from the fair of Cavan. I sold my pigs and I had a bit of a spree last night coming home but everyone is running away from me now." "You're dead three weeks" said the priest. I attended you after your half dead body was found in your cart after the horse came home from the fair and you had a big wake an a great funeral, so please go away and rest in peace until the great call comes for Judgement. "May the Lord rest your soul" he said.
    "Begorra" said John "this is too funny for words. Sure I want to pay my rent before I get evicted."
    "Well," said the priest, "If you want to settle your earthly accounts and leave your poor widow and your children secure for life take yourself off to the agent. This is the last day for collection of the rent and they'll be evicted tomorrow if the rent is not paid."
    "All right" Father said John and away he went to the agent's office.
    Here when he appeared at the door the agent and his clerks turned white when they saw who was coming. They trembled all over. John took advantage of the situation. In a great deep voice as if from the grave he said, "I command you to forgive me all I know for rent and here and now to sign,
