  1. One night men were playing cards in Drumshallon. After a while a man came in and began to play with them. A card fell on the ground. A man bent down to pick it up and he saw the hooves of the stranger and he knew he was the devil. He told the other men and they went for the Priest. He came and He got the holy water and the devil went to the door. The devil got back again and he disappeared into a hole in the ground.
