A Story
Three men came from Clontarf called the Danes.When they came to the spot of Leacht de line they discovered the heather .Out of the heather they started to make whiskey or some kind of drink and later they were captured by some of the men from Brian Boru's army.and when the whiskey was got with them the men asked them how wee they making it.The father said to kill the two sons first and then he would tell them the secret .So when the two were dead he said to kill himself now that he would never tell the secret. So the three of them are buried in "Leacht de Line"and their graves are to be seen there to-day.(continues on next page)- Collector
