    was built which was about seventy years ago. There is a population of about 85 in Curraghmore.
    There are six forts in Curraghmore, all in view of each other. The largest of these forts is in our farm. There are three mounds in this fort. It is situated between two rivers. It is supposed to hae been one of the hiding-places of Galloping O'Hogan. There is also a Mass Rock in our farm. It is surrounded by hills on every side but there is no story known about it.
    Curraghmore is the native townland of the famous weight thrower Matt McGrath.
