    milk, is was very sgr strengthening especially for young children.
    All the family when the meal was ready sat around the table and enjoyed their meal.
    Heat was very scarce in the districts fish was also a rare meal except around the coast where it was used lavishly.
    The usual fish was cod, herring, salmon, eals whiting, these fish were common.
    The vegetables which they used was potatoes, cabbage, turnips, carrots and celery.
    These vegetables were most nourushing and healty. About forty or fifty years ago produced and it became common and people began to get fond of it.
    Mugs and earthenware vessels were used very commonly in those days there was no such thing as a cup.
    Nowadays people have changed they have got china cups to us their meals out of.
