    Cure for Sprain.
    As our Saviour was mounted on his ass.
    His asses' foot got sprained (strained),. And as he lit down off his ass his asses' foot to heal, blood to blood, and bone to bone, sinew to sinew, every blood and bone and sinew into its own place, 5 paters, 5 aves, three times in honour of Blessed Trinity which making the sign of the cross nine times on affected bone.

    Comfry roots, slanlans, plantain leaf, chick weed all pounded together and stewed in lard or unsalted suet, on a little linseed oil
