  1. Homemade Toys
    Many toys are made in this part of the country. Toy guns are made from Elder trees. Girls pick dasies and get a long thread and put the dasies in the thread. Then when they would have a chame made they would put the chamer around their neck. in the winter cradle birds used to made by the children. When the cradle bird was made the children used to put it out on the ground and put bread under it. Then, when the birds would be very hungry, they would go in, in the cradle bird, and when they would be inside the cradle bird would fall down on them.
    Another toy which was made in older times was a spinning toy. A shinning toy is made. This way; to get a
