    10. If a person came into the house while the people were churning and if he didn't make a start of it he would bring the butter.
    11. If you gave away new milk and not to put a drop of water through it you would give away the luck of your butter.
    12. If you meet a woman with a child and not to say "God bless it" you would give it the bad eye.
    13. If you found a horse-shoe on the road you have luck
    14. If you set hen-eggs in the night, it is all pullets you would have.
