"Coigleann an teine seo mur coigleann Brighid caus Muire in a bun agus Brigid in a bhárr An t-aingeal is oirde i gcathair na nGrást clúadaigh an tíghe seo agus a bfuil ann go bráth"
There is also a prayer that some people say after meal
Thanks be to God for what I have,
A little more I would be glad,
But as the times are so bad
I'll do with what I have
There is also another rhyme which the old people say
If death was a thing that money could buy
The rich would live and the poor would die
But God in his mercy would not do so
The rich and the poor in their turn must go
