    cuckoo comes out she pushes all the tit-larks eggs out of the nest as she wants it for herself. I happened to see a young cuckoo last year. She had lovely blue and white feather's.
    The Gold-finch is another nice little bird. It is very hard to find her nest. Last year my Father caged a nest of young ones. The old ones came into the kitchen to feed them. The nest my Father had was built in the top of a privet hedge.
