    the tree till he came to a stone.
    He lifted it and under the stone was the box. He took it home and when he opened it he found a (hamer) hammer and other tools. He was very angry with the fairy because it was not gold. In a corner of the box was a little paper. He opened it and read it. It read this; if you want a house these tools will build it for you. He was glad then he built a house and both lived happy afterwards.
