The boy as we call him still went down to see who was knocking and when he opened the door an old was standing there wth her clothes all torn and her perished with cold. So she asked him could she come in. He brought her in to the house and he gave her some supper he found out afterwards that she was his stepmother so he forgave her and let her stay with himself and his family. So they lived happy every after.
