The stone is four feet long and two and a half feet wide. It is about fifteen yards from the nearest point of the graveyard. It is ten yards from the well.
People used to throw stones as they were passing into a field owned by Martin Glacken of Caracrum. A man was killed here.
- good runners - Jim Moran Bofield was a noted runner. He had another brother whose name was Tony. Tony was not as good a runner as Jim.(continues on next page)
