fast but she did not know Captain Gallagher. He asked her why was she walking so fast and she said she was afraid of Captain Gallagher as he was a great robber. He told her that nothing would happen her, while she was with him. When he was parting from her he told her his name.
There were two other men with Captain Gallagher and they were put into prison. They told the men of the prison that if they would let them out of prison they would catch Captain Gallagher for them. They were let out of prison. One day Captain Gallagher came to the house of one of those men. When he was going home the man of the house caught hold of him, and the woman of the house tied him with her handkerchief and he fell on the floor and he was there until the English men came. He was brought to Castlebar where he was hanged.
