    He died last year aged 75 leaving a considerable sum of money. He is buried in Leage Cemetery near Ballina.
    The news papers of the day carried an account of his death, the Dublin papers erroneously referring to him as King of the Gipsies.
    In one of the Mayo papers the following appeared at the time. It may show what the people thought of old Pat.
